I've got them on my car but haven't purchased them directly (didn't buy it new / this would've been an extra when purchased new). I would however opt for it on a new car.
I believe the products are good value, but of course that depends entirely on the value of the item you wish to protect.
As far as I'm concerned, direct to consumer sales aren't the main game. They are a nice addition but that's all they should be long term.
In my opinion, the main game involves large scale contracts where our technology is integrated into the production process (like the recent Pharmaceutical contract).
