Man I wish I had of kept the email the whole company got once when a senior type of analyst said that because she had success in reversing an incorrect amount on her personal credit card she was so impressed with the customer service girl at her local bank branch she was putting a strong buy rec on the stock. Nothing else to base it on just a friendly chick at her local branch!
