Especially CD exit payout. Somehow I doubt CD took shares in lieu of cash when I look at admin costs in March qtly.
Also note the directors paid themselves $50k in the March qtr!! For what?? Directing VXL down the tubes is about all I can attribute to their brilliant governance processes.
