Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Now you have elevated Him to, warrior King, hardly the same as yesterday. That old Bible sure is a bendy, twisty, malleable old story that can just about fit any old belief.
I'm sure you'd agree with me that it's not hard to see how Jesus progressed through the Bible from a Teacher and Prophet sent from God to uplift the human spirit, to then become a miracle working, walking on water, virgin birth, water to wine, gourmet chef feeding a multitude with a couple of fish kind of, warrior King superman?
Jesus may not change but our poetic licence sure does.
