    Even though your post will for the most part be dismissed by its target audience it is a correct and fair assessment of the situation.

    Not only do they change meaning and events over time, some past prophecies become apostate to speak about, others are seen as errors of over-enthusiasm and the realigning then becomes more evidence that God is working through them, rather than they just make it up as they go along.

    The OT is a completely different religion, no less different than Islam and Christianity. The Jews have every right to doubt the authenticity of Jesus being the Messiah. His appearence failed to fulfil so very many of the requirements for Him to be considered the Messiah.

    That is not to say that I doubt His claims, only that He was not the Messiah of the OT.

    The OT speaks predominantly about the returned Jesus like Prophet being the Messiah, not the first Jesus.
