They do not have a grasp of history. They look in the various books of the bible without realising that they were written at different times for specific purposes.
And Christians are arrogant beyond belief. The Jews wrote the Old Testament yet we tell the Jews how to interpret all the prophecies. As I said before, there is a tell tale clause in the Gospels which point out that they have been made up to fit the facts. "And all this came to pass to fulfill the prophecies." and when they don't remotely match, we make it up. A Child will be born to a virgin and she will call him Emanuelle and he will rule over us." She happened to call him Jesus. No matter, Emanuelle means God is with us, therefore it still meets the criteria. never mind that the term Emanuelle was given to him years after his death. He was not known by that name during his life time. As to Rule over us? Didn't deliver them from the Romans as the Jews believed did he? Never mind that! His kingdom is in heaven so still meets the criteria. What nonsense!
Revelations is an absolute abomination. Written by a person high on holy mushrooms.
