    Yes, he exercised 955,000 BTVOA's but he sold 900,000 of them as BTV and also for good measure sold a further 2,000,000 BTVOA's.

    So much for all the waffle from posters about symbols of confidence in the company.

    1,000,000 BTV's and 5,000,000 director options remain
