I am not particularly pro-Islam but I can tell you this article is a feeble tissue of lies put together by a fanatical anti-Muslim. Next to the European Christian barbarians, the Arabs were cultured perfect gentlemen.
Trying to pass Islam off as a descendant of the Astarte female cults is just nonsense. No religion is more all-male than Islam. It is a direct descendant of Jewish and Christian faiths. It regards Jews and Christians as "people of the Book" and has generally been tolerant towards people practising these faiths.
