At the end of the day, it is what the market is willing to pay for it (ORE).
Personally I wouldn't touch it for at least 5 - 10 years, and it will take longer than that before they produce potash. They won't get their potash until they produce lithium.
Additionally, some of their tenement applications have already been granted to ADY.
