optimistic a little, public debt is 120% to gdp and they've grown at 1% for decades. the end of the string on any sort of blown out debts is coming to an end imo. they have to increase output 3 fold just to keep breaking even. saving grace might be how many euro's they've got stashed in their kitchen walls
