eyeswideopen, are you positive that Permits will be issued and Conventions ratified before the shareholder vote on the Scheme? I'm not sure how many Scheme timelines ago it was now, but I remember that the Convention was not going to be ratified by the Cameroon Parliament until after the Scheme vote. This would obviously make it very hard, impossible even, to wait for everything to be delivered then vote no. This is assuming the general order of the timeline has not changed.
