    From my post on SS:

Interesting watching the OMC t/o situation evolve. Denison have put in a rather derisorily bid in the hope of catching out impatient holders. Its obvious now that a few companies are on the trail of OMC in the hope of picking up a near-term producer for cheap.

I think i know who may be behind it all. On Denison's board sit a few members of the Lundin mining board. These are John Craig, Brian Edgar, Lukas Lundin & William Rand who are all associated with the Ludin group of companies. They most probably became acquainted with the board through Glenn Whiddon who had previously dealt with RAB Capital(a high-risk London investment fund) who had provided some funding to Grove Energy. The Lundin group has often co-operated with RAB previously on a number of projects; ie. UCL in Iran & RRS in Somalia.

At the moment Lundin Mining has projects only in base metals. However, would any company know for its bargin hunting wish to miss out on such a lucrative catch such as this era's uranium bull market?
As Lundin's webpage states "Lundin Mining intends to grow by developing exploration projects into commercial operations, through acquisitions of profitable production assets that meet the company's requirements and through consistent improvements of existing assets.Lundin Mining is strategically focused on the discovery and acquisitions of high quality mineral deposits that can be developed into high-profit, low cost mines."

I feel that OMC fit the bill exactly to what Lundin require, and i'm willing to bet that they're behind the current t/o activity of late. With the clout and dollars that the Lundin group brings, they'll be able to fast-track the development of the mine and profit from the current boom state. As we've been told time and time that the world is on the cusp of a uranium shortage due to various circumstances (ie. Cigar Lake, proliferation of nuclear energy etc.), and its unlikely the Lundin group will want to miss an opportunity like the one OMC poses.

Talk of EVE taking over OMC is ridiculous to say the least, as they're becoming almost like a satellite company of ALB. EVE are a good punt in my books with the amount of land they hold . They're still probably around 12 months behind where OMC are at the moment, and are still defining their reserves.

Disclaimer: Not holding OMC, Holding EVE

Good luck to holders, i hope the board do the right thing by shareholders
