Who is BPP, page-7

As I have mentioned before someone has been accumulating BPP for some time now. It has looked to me like an institutional broker as they have been very patient and done it very professionally by just sitting on the bid day in day out for months buying whatever they can without pushing the stock up. They have also at times tried to make it look offered so people would sell into their bid(s). The buyers reasoning could be to get enough shares (as they seen the potential this company has) to make themselves a substantial holder so they can participate more actively in the day to day decisions of BPP or they could be an existing client that sees the value in acquiring this company before a competitor does. Either way BPP would return value to a buyer or major shareholder looking for a good return from a solid company that has a bright future.
