Chuck McCormick was the CEO of unlisted company Focus Minerals which backdoor listed some time ago into ATX. He held most of the ground which was backdoored into ATX and has been issued shares as a director. Obviously ATX has had a hard time raising capital and he has had to put in out of his own pocket.
He is also a 50% owner in digger drilling so it could be in exchange for drilling done on the properties.
I believew the new purchase/issue makes him the controlling shareholder as well as director.
