Water restrictions include the use of water bore, through process of drawdown. A tailings dam would cost a lot of money to fill up, but is very good for the maintenance of the mine in general. Anything built on the mining lease will require a permit and should be already submitted with their PFS>DFS>BFS, and EIS. Which stage are they at btw?. Didn't see much spent on either. I would love to hear if they got a private CR as a boost of confidence in their determination, for me to buy in.
