I have also been a buyer. As you have probably gleaned from my many earlier posts, I have a good understanding of what is involved and the length of time it takes to get a restructure such as the company have recently undertaken in place. So I have been buying as the opportunity presents itself.
The extended time for regulatory approvals is system wide and nothing to do with the company, but it does add to the frustration and suggests inactivity - which is a long way from the truth. When UCM comes out the other end it will be in a far stronger position, with a very wide moat protecting its new products and todays prices will look to be the bargain of the year.
