who is buying lankan graphite

I read all these posts about the uses and reasons why Sri Lankan graphite is this and that. But what I want to know is what the actual miners are doing with their product? Are they turning graphite into graphene? Are they exporting it? Who is buying the stuff? irrelevant questions to most but relevant to a few like myself.There seems to be a lot of talk about the quality and BS posted about the future whereas I am more interested in the present.

I wont bring up why our the chinese are taking so longgggggggggggggggggggggggg to give us our results.
