In relation to your first post, I have little doubt the hedge fund involved in the last capital raising was strategically covering their short position.
This manoeuvre is in line with most hedge funds short-term strategies and there was also a large sell down prior to the announcement. This is total speculation, but I doubt you will find them on the company's register.
