if you still believe the upside is say 2-3 times, sell half to 2/3 of your stock...preserve capital with the potential to recoup your losses if it comes good, that is one strategy, good luck

and if they do announce good flow rates it will spike but there will still be a chance to get in before it reaches full value, meantime you have protected yourself a little
