    The mortagee has sold millions and millions and millions of the millions of shares issued by GPE.

    Who is accumulating? It is not good for the company if these shares are being bought by sucker moms and dads in lots of 50k. Without a major holder the company may well lose what little direction it has.

    Much better if a new large shareholder is to emerge.

    Such a holder must now be about to declare there significant holder status. Who is it?
