yep reduced , I have issues with what has transpired , but feel the asset itself is viable.
TO me there needs to be a change in mind set - from all involved , from chairman through the board to the guys on the ground, my father would have said a kick in the pants is needed but guess we need to be politically correct
I find it interesting looking at someone like Bill Beument from goldie NST and what he has achieved going from a $3M company 3 years ago to close to a $1B company now, and it was all about increasing production rates from with savy geological modeling and in mine plat drilling what was considered a worked out mine at Paulsens ,
Only difference apart from not having to put gold into a hedge book with a low contract price was his experience , attitiude and all from less than a kilo of grey matter between his ears, his mind works very well and inspires other minds is there any reason we can not have a mind like that working this mine?
