    I guess thats an indication that no-one is trying to buy a blocking stake or a a pre alternate bid stake.

    Just a lot of folks who are happy with a possible 7.8% win in short time.

    The 53 cent market price should increase as the hurdles are jumped and the time to payment reduces.
