You're really comparing a company in the healthcare sector that focuses on respiratory care, acute care and sleep apne with Lewis at it's helm for a LT hold to LVT?

Please wake up. Once they're in the red every share becomes a "LT" hold, cut the losses on this one and move on.

Chart has nothing going for it, 12c next?
