Some people might be starting to see some value there.
Or ....could be our directors(God bless them),accepting that it is cheap enough for them to aquire a decent stake(specially after a 1st strike)
Whoever is buying.....Doesn't look too bad.
I certainly welcome the board to be as committed as myself & other holders.
