If they get forced to delist from the ASX at the behest of the ASX or ASIC then they can take it as an unlisted public company. Shareholders would love that one, no market to trade out on. It would just accelerate one part of their strategy and if more cash was required it would destroy utterly small shareholders if they sought to fund from all shareholders equally.
