That's the consolidation - D4E and dilution are to follow. The whole thing is very simple, the only unknown is the exact SP post dilution.
Also, it also remains to be seen what the market makes of it once it is all done, you may well get a bit of a spike immediately post D4E/dilution as speculators will likely think the new SP indicates a rally as it is not in their nature to look too deeply into the mechanics behind it. But I imagine that it will then ease back some.
Either way people whose holding is purchased post dilution will likely do better than those who hold through out the consolidation/D4E/dilution process. In other words -the bottom line is that the sum total of your capital tied up in SGH will reduce significantly - whatever the final SP.
