In my opinion it doesn't matter who buys what anymore. You have the 3 most incompetent, arrogant and overly paid board in Carroll, Bassett & Schuessler. These guys have shown how to blow millions of dollars of investors money while at the same time lining their pockets with the cash while constantly delivering embarrassing quarterly results year after year.

Their inability to adapt to a changing market and compete with the competition is disgraceful. Instead, shareholders are treated with complete disrespect as they are fed excuse after excuse as to why Yowie is doing so poorly.

Instead of manning up and facing the criticism they now just remain silent on their plans and refuse to accept questions at AGM's. I think this speaks volumes to their morals and the type of people they are. Very ugly situation.
