    Easy !!!

    Certain GWR holders have transferred their holdings over to FAS - that's right 25% worth.

    Now those same PREVIOUS GWR holders have been buying. So they have a foot in both camps but also get to vote in favour of FAS without converting. Now why do that - one may ask?

    simple - the biggest PUNCH is the knockout punch and you NEVER SEE THAT ONE COMING !!!!
