We should be getting a announcement on who has been buying any day now.

Theoretically it should be LNC but we will have to wait to see who eventually has been buying.

If anything having a cap means that a buyer can sit on the buy side with a purchase price of say 0.71 and accumilate untill ready to pounce.

Lets wait and see the next announcement on major buyers over the last couple of weeks.
