Thanks to the board of SXP LNC are in the driver's seat.

Who the hell will buy above 0.72 at this point in time, no-one of course. As long as the figure stays above 0.70 there will be very few buyers other than LNC.

So all LNC need to do is keep picking off sellers in the 0.70 to 0.72 region to increase their holding and therefore their voting power.

It's quite clever actually but they couldn't have done it without the SXP board's assistance.

I will walk away with a reasonable profit but I still think we could have got a lot more if the SXP board members had bigger balls.
