Yes, the CEI grant drilling intentions have been poorly communicated.
As you would recall, we were expecting a start about 9 months ago. However, we learnt via a HC post that it was to be delayed. The poster said that he had been personally advised of such by the MD.
Most of us here screeched in dismay at not being informed of that decision by an ASX ann. We pondered if the MD thought it to be so insignificant that it did not warrant an announcement once the fact was known. Imo. that was a blight on management's professionalism. It was important news, long-awaited by the followers of SPQ. I think that it is not unreasonable to say that things have not much improved since then.
However, we learn from the past but live in the present. It is what it is!!
The CEI drilling probably won't happen until either a driller gets paid in scrip or funds come in from somewhere. As for the former, I cannot see that happening until Steam Engine gets some traction - so that the company gets some effective value, worthy of investing in. At present, it is all a bit 'wishy-washy'.
