It takes time to write up 70 pages of content filler to obfuscate the important information that they don't want you to read/comprehend to realise how bad things are.
Half way through June and not even an announcement to say they've missed the CEI grant deadline. Although as already stated multiple times, spending that money now would be an idiotic move, however I believe that internally, it was always the case from the half way point they knew they weren't going to go for it - so what's needed is an explanation as to why they continued to use it as bait in the CR announcements stating funds would be allocated to it, when they knew it wouldn't be.
It's crazy how unqualified you can be and still be able to list and run a company on the ASX.
