I saw that too. Was wondering if there was an early conversion clause for a higher stock price that we don't see in that announcement. Anyway, there's nothing in the note issue that shows 50 cents as a magic number for anyone and conversion is a long way off yet.

It's either not too clever dumping (they could be getting 60 cents easily if they'd let it run a little the last two days) or someone is still accumulating, hoping to bore people out of their positions while the rest of the market takes off.
