Could there be any chance the seller at .51 is selling the majority of them back to himself and accumulating a few extras along the way from the impatient. Most of the buying is coming from off screen to meet the seller rather the seller filling the buy orders in the fashion of a true sell off! I do recall the same issues around the 25c mark, leading up to the production ann in early oct!
