He could very well be doing that -
I think the selling has some connection with the $40 million Convertible Notes - there is some clause in the agreement with the investors/ Grange Securities re conversion into shares if the share price trades over 55 cents or so for any length of time by Norton ie NGF can convert them and thus save big $$$ in interest charges- You can check details in the reports this is what i can remember
