    its not the less shares in the company..its the fact u will have less shares..ie every 10 shares u have will turn to 1 new share and in almost 99% of cases the post consolidation shares drift fast to the price they were pre consolidation...blame frankgold alias frankenstein and his upramping mates for all the future losses
