    u r exactly right bear...HCY is in my opinion one of the most high risk stocks on the ASX because of the certainty of the capital dilution but the real uncertainty of the future..i could see losses in this stock of up to 500% and more given the 10:1 dilution...wouldnt go near HCY now...
