Did ur statement mentioned a withholding tax taken out from ur unfranked dividend.
I’m in a stirring mood and am awaiting an explanation from Link Market for a reason why the W/TAX was applied when they have my TFN.
If it is due to poor programming of there computer system, it will possibly involve unnecessary refund application being handled by the ATO!
If my recollection is correct there would be many shareholders who automatically get a refund of the imputation credit without the to handle a form but I don’t believe it includes withholding tax.
