I understand this may creating some healthy debate but I have to ask. In the face of such overwhelming incompetence, wastage of 100s of millions of $$s, failure and zero accomplishments in 3 years, who is still feeding the beast?
Surely there must be a point when even the most ardent CAN-believers realise that the money is gone forever?
