Exactly! Even if unemployment climbs above 7% the overwhelming majority employed will continue to pay down debt and take advatange of reducing interest rates by upsizing and or aquiring more property.
The only thing that is going to crash property is a massive spike in interest rates-not gonna happend, or a massive spike in unemployment-not gonna happen. Give up bears, you have lost.
