Its the immediate interruption in the face of almost certain continued share price appreciation that raises the greatest concern.
It certainly has an undeniably suspect appearance to it when the shorter is handed just the right amount of stock to exit five minutes after the green light is given.
If ASIC don't at least have a very good look into what appears to be insider trading on a grand scale then they serve no purpose what-so-ever!
This one should be all over the news!
It may well be above board but it does not look that way from almost any angle you like to kick it.
If they have been shorting this down with an assured pre determined exit then the axe should fall on their neck! imo
