I usually wait till day 3 of these sell-offs before even considering a trade...
But in this case, I might sit and watch for a little longer.
Could be a small bounce in it tomorrow, but I have a feeling it might continue to fall.
Someone obviously wants out in a big way and from what I saw today, it would appear they may not have finished just yet.
Hard to find an obvious floor, but as a general guide, I would be looking at their listing price, minus cash spent per share, plus any potential they have managed to uncover or remove since then.
Not an exact science...so I guess the best guide to fair value might be a measure of what price any future issues might need to be set, in order to encourage enough support.
