    What was the "good news" you refer to?

    The "New Funding Agreement" announced earlier was new funding for claimants making claims against MFS.

    Could have been better titled I would say -

    The claims are probably the least of MFS's worries just now.

    Unfortunately I missed NTG's post flaming them, or someone....

    My view: At least we are getting the BAD news out of the way!
