at the end of the day quality sandstone net pay doesn't need to be fracced. Period. 230mscf is not a great number for conventional plays. We need a number of at least 10mmscf. When they planned Albany 1 there was no mention of fraccing, only nitrogen air drilling into TD. Now it's frac dependant and no mention of the nitrogen drilling. Plus they never come clean on why the rig couldn't finish the hole first time round.

I'm hopeful, but reality can be very different, plus this still pretty much wildcat territory. Long-term holder btw
