Substantial holder notice is required when a 5% stake is taken.

5% of AVB is 25 million shares give or take,lets say someone paid 7c average for the stake. We are talking well around $1.75 million and anyone on the planet could have gulped 5% down. $1.75 million is nothing to a major comapny and it could very well have happened. Im not sure how long a 5% holder has until they have to show there hand. It would be bloody nice to see a major pop up on the register. That would certainly stir up the pot.
