2 bargains , the company values Hog Ranch potentially US100m plus . Recent transactions and valuations of several listed similar Nevada gold projects would back up that valuation. Mind you Hog Ranch could double the Resource with much more drilling adding even more value.
Hillside is in such a good location , no FIFO, no camp , local workforce most likely if not enough people will move to live on the peninsula, long project life . Resource under current Reserves will add many more years to project life. Expecting 20 to 30% capital cost increase similar or less than other companies projects already announced.
Several fund managers have taken positions. They are yet to see any gain.
