RXM was interesting but nobody has mentioned that the Hillside PEPR expires 31/12/22, anybody know what happens here if they don't commence operations by the stated date.

Notification of approved Program for Environment Protection and Rehabilitation (PEPR) 23 July 2020
"Under Regulation 35 of the Mining Regulations 2011, in accordance with delegated powers and in light of the nature of the project and related Development Act approval conditions, I have determined that Rex Minerals Ltd is required to commence operations in accordance with this approved PEPR by no later than 31 December 2022."
"a bond of $34,200,000 must be paid prior to commencing mining operations."
