Combined ML EML MPL totals 3374.06 Ha, so I assume the balance over that 1327 Ha is either owned by, I would say predominantly farmers, council or government.It seemed there lot of submissions against this ML application.

If you look at the PEPR the EML sits within the ML so you are double counting that. The MPL is just for power poles along the road.

Within the ML where all of the major disturbance will be, I understand that Rex owns all of the land within the ML that it needs to start the mine.
