There has to be dilution to build the mine but taking on of, say 60 to 70 % of debt gears the returns to the shares that are retained.
It's all in the estimated new NPV and target price shown by brokers. Mal hit the nail on the head. However, will the new DFS show production of a production rate as well? For some reason, I haven't been concerned. I think it's just because I know if we have a low strip ratio reasonable grades and a simple well located and thought-out mine we have a goer. I would venture Mals and other points to this as well.
