I'm surprised how its ok for brokers to buy all day with the average price today being 24.6c for both Asx and Chi-x yet the price is allowed to close at 24c on the ASX for 27 shares. Its what you do if you're wanting volume but not prepared to pay higher the next day at 25c plus.
